1. Agreement
By using Snatched at mysnatched.ai you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you may use Snatched only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
2. What Snatched is
Snatched is a styling and outfit-planning tool. Suggestions are generated by AI and are offered as ideas, not professional advice. We do not guarantee that any suggestion will suit you, fit you, or be available to buy.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the app's features — generating outfit suggestions, virtual try-on images and product searches. We do not use your photos for marketing or publish them anywhere.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photographs of other people without their permission, or of a child without their parent's permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Snatched to upload unlawful, abusive or sexually explicit material; to impersonate anyone; to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or to scrape or resell its output.
5. Shopping and third-party retailers
Snatched does not sell anything. Product links take you to independent retailers, and any purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their prices, stock, delivery, returns or product quality. Prices and availability shown in the app may be out of date.

6. AI-generated images
Virtual try-on and styled looks are approximations. They may misrepresent fit, colour, fabric and proportion. Do not rely on them as an accurate preview of how a garment will actually look or fit.
7. Availability
We provide Snatched "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Snatched. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Monaco. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
